User Responsibility

You maintain sole responsibility for manual entries, reminder configurations, and any hydration decisions made using the application.

Third-Party Google Platform Services

Google Sign-In, Firebase Authentication, Google Drive, and Android Health Connect are optional services provided by Google LLC and are subject to their respective terms and availability.

Planned Advertising Services

Future versions of Log-It! may include advertising services provided by third-party advertising partners under applicable service terms and privacy guidelines.

Account and Data Rights

You retain full ownership of your data and can delete your account and records at any time using our self-service controls.

Intellectual Property

The Log-It! trademark, brand identity, and original application software remain protected by law. Open-source libraries retain their respective individual licenses.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MIYLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use, service interruption, device loss, or third-party outages.
